I contacted Ken regarding my garage door opener and asked for his help. Not only did he arrive on time but was very knowledgeable about garage doors and openers. He replaced my opener with a better one that truly works and cleaned up everything. He even stopped by the other day to make sure everything is working and even offered to attach a tennis ball on a string so I would know how far to pull into my garage without taking the stairs out or damage to my car.
